Major Apollo Aloka and Major Pera, have both sworn affidavits to buttress the government’s defence.

They want the buildings demolished to ensure that flight safety is enhanced and to avoid aircraft accidents.

Property owners in Eastleigh went to court last year and were issued interim orders stopping further demolitions.

Real estate developer Nebange Ltd got orders directing the state to preserve a four storey-building until the determination of a case it lodged in court.

Seven other cases were filed by Yusuf Ibrahim Ismail, Sifa Investment, Adana Dow Ibrahim, Ali Abdirahman Adan, Adan Diis Elmi, Mohamed Khalif Ali, Abdi Mohamed Ali, and Adan Hassan Issack.
