“We deal in natural and manufactured slabs. Some of the stones are imported while others are available locally, artists at the production unit are able to carve out any shape,” said Festus Ndivo, sales person at Stone Arts.

The vases come in a number of exciting colours and are made from granite (rainforest) and have a blend of colour that are clearly brought out after polishing.
Granite is considered the hardest type of stone and most scratch-resistant after diamond, making it ideal for places that have a lot of traffic. Stone Arts Kenya also has natural stone flower vases that are decorated using pebbles.
Bird bath
Bird baths made from natural stone are durable and unique. Stone Arts’s bird baths come in different colours mostly dictated by nature and are usually placed in a garden.

“There are endless designs when using stampede concrete, customer demands will always determine the final look. The natural look is sometimes hard to duplicate on another site,” he said.
