Royal Kitchen, the restaurant located inside the Pride Inn hotel and conference centre in Westlands, is next month set to introduce a new menu. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes to suit the cosmopolitan nature of its walk-in clientele as well as those seeking accommodation in their three- star establishment.

Speaking during the tasting of the new menu, Chef Nguyo Milcinovic said it was designed to reflect the direction that the three-star chain of hotels had embarked on.

“It is a smaller menu but still features Indian, continental and Chinese dishes so what we did was to merge flavours with the more comprehensive menu which will be rolled out in the next two to three weeks,” he explained.

Pride group Chief executive Hasnain Noorani noted that the new menu would enhance their product offering.

“We pride ourselves in offering quality at affordable pricing. With the new menu we are trying to give variety while still ensuring quality. Previously we had quite a large number of items. Now we want to put that to a minimum and bring out the most liked ones,” he said
