Out of the lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp, and more that I ate; none could have been more of a surprise than the crocodile meat.
It tasted like a mixture of beef and chicken and I’m happy I lived to tell the story. Budget on Sh1,400 for lunch and Sh1,800 for dinner. Don’t worry if you have a vegetarian among you as they can enjoy the salad bar for Sh800.
The ambiance at Fogo Gaucho is relaxing and homely and a treat for those who may need a nyama meal away from the usual joints.
