It is expected to spur competition and renew price wars in a market segment as service providers expand from voice calls and messaging.
Many telecoms operators and Internet service providers are positioning themselves for the growing demand for convergence solutions.
UUNET Kenya is the latest to announce its plans to offer Mobile Office solution, which is expected to enhance communication experience.
It will direct data and voice communication from a fixed phone to a mobile phone, enabling over 700 top-tier clients to be in touch.
