Viceroy to reward customer loyalty

It’s not that often that liquor brands reward the loyalty of their customers and marketeers with an enriching, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

When it does happen, though, it’s important to take note. Viceroy 5 has launched a campaign that will provide an opportunity for over 60 Viceroy Brandy consumers to visit Cape Town, South Africa.

The three-month long promotion started from September 1 to November 30 with three monthly draws where distributors, consumers, bar owners, bar managers and media will be selected.

KWAL marketing manager Jane Mugun explained that this campaign is aimed at rewarding all stakeholders who have supported the brand over the years with an opportunity to travel to the Van Ryn’s Distillery – the home of Viceroy Brandy – in Cape Town for four days and three nights.

The tour will provide an opportunity for the winners to learn about the origins of Van Ryn’s and sample the international reserves with selected brandy pairing confections and canapés.

“We hope the campaign and the trip opens up new ways of interaction amongst the different groups to create memorable bonding experiences,” said Ms Mugun. ‘‘With the rich culture and heritage in Cape Town, the winners will have a lot to experience and carry back home.”

The trip itinerary even includes a tour to the iconic Table Mountain! I don’t know about you, but this month I’m all about Viceroy 5!
