Edwin Mutai is a reporter with the Business Daily. Prior to joining the Nation Media Group in February 2012, Edwin worked for the Kenya Times as a parliamentary reporter from January 2003 to November 2011.

Edwin has covered proceedings of the entire Ninth and Tenth Parliaments and currently the Eleventh Parliament.

He is an old boy of Suwerwa Secondary School, now renamed St Francis High School, in Trans-Nzoia County and holds a diploma in Mass Communications from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communications (KIMC).
