Dr Mailu had last week ordered San Valencia and Nairobi Jacaranda Hotel located on Woodvale Close off Waiyaki Way to cease operations during a cholera crackdown.
While San Valencia complied with the directive, Jacaranda remained open until Wednesday when they were issued with a clean bill of health.
San Valencia was on Friday also cleared from the cholera scare by Nairobi City Hall.
Nairobi San Valencia Hotel has decried the huge business losses following its closure last week over what the Health Secretary Cleopa Mailu termed “a cholera risk to the public.”
San Valencia chief executive Phineas Kimathi said that besides reputation, they have suffered irreparable damage because of the adverse publicity associated with alleged cholera cases in Nairobi.

The county deputy director of public health, Jairus Musumba said: “We confirm that all the food handlers whose samples were taken, none of them tested positive for vibrio cholera.”
