Moi University makes changes to its programmes

Moi University has relocated its School of Agriculture and Natural resources to Kitale Campus.

In the re-organisation announced by deputy vice-chancellor in-charge of academic, research and extension Isaac Kimengi, the School of Tourism and Events Management will now be based at the Town Annex Campus.

Prof Kimengi said the School of Business and Economics has been moved to Eldoret West Campus.

Also affected by the changes is the School of Human Resource which ceases to exist with its previous department being moved to various schools in the institution.

Bachelor of Science; Communication and Public relations, Communication and Journalism and Graphics, Communication and Advertising, have now been moved to the School of Information Sciences.

Other courses that have been moved from the School include; Bachelor of Science Human resource and management, Project Management, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship which will now be under the School of Business and Economics.

“All continuing students are required to make private arrangements in advance as accommodation is not guaranteed,” said Prof Kimenge.
