Maritime experts from Africa are expected to converge on Mombasa from Tuesday to discuss issues of common interest in the sector.

The experts will hold the second session of the executive committee of the Association of African Maritime Administrations (AAMA).

The one-day meeting, which brings together all African maritime administration authorities, will address pertinent issues affecting the sector.

During an executive committee of the AAMA at its first session held at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport on September 17 to 19 last year in Egypt, Kenya was granted the right to host the second session.
