KCB Group #ticker:KCB is locked in a fresh row with an IT firm on whether a multi-million-shilling lawsuit where the bank has been accused of software piracy should be settled out of court.
Nagalakshmi Solutions Ltd (NLS) sued KCB last month, alleging the bank is using its software without permission after terminating their five-year contract in November.
