Court quashes sanctions against ex-Uchumi top official

The High Court has quashed Capital Markets Authority sanctions imposed against ex-Uchumi chief financial officer Chadwick Okumu two years ago over fraudulent allegations.

The court noted that the decision was tainted by bias.
