The High Court has ordered the submission of the lower court file in a high-profile fraud case involving industrialist Benson Sande Ndeta and his co-accused, Charles Hills, who face charges of conspiring to defraud a bank of $35 million (Sh4.5 billion) using forged documents.
The court directed the Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Court to forward the criminal proceedings for scrutiny to determine their legality and correctness.
