Local firms have stepped in to fill the vacuum left by De La Rue in chequebook printing as the lenders begin to turn to the lesser-known securities printers to meet new cheque orders.
Banks have been scrambling to seek alternative printers as De La Rue gears to pause operations at the end of this month.
