Software firm Itesyl Technologies has sued the Co-operative Bank of Kenya and two other firms seeking Sh 216.5 million for alleged infringement of its intellectual property.
Itesyl says it signed a service agreement with the bank in July 2019 to offer landlords a rental collection solution, enabling fund transfer, status query and instant payment notification, among others.
