Taxi-hailing firm Uber has partnered with road safety experts and local police to design tailor-made safety tips like defensive driving, first aid, for its drivers across Africa and the Middle-East.
The new deal will see Uber Kenya work with Automotive Association of Kenya (AAK) in a series of 30 “Driver’s Safety Tips” workshops to take place in Nairobi, allowing drivers to focus on other tips like traffic rules and vehicle maintenance.
