Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu Monday formally took over as the acting head of the Judiciary, promising to uphold the reforms initiated by retired Chief Justice David Maraga.
In her inaugural speech, Justice Mwilu promised to forge ahead with reforms towards safeguarding independence of the Judiciary.
