Nairobians snub calls to pick Huduma cards

Only 13.6 percent of Nairobians have picked their Huduma namba cards after the roll-out of mass distribution by the government.

Government spokesperson Cyrus Oguna said only 300,000 out of 2.2 million people have responded to the messages sent to them.
