The Federation of Kenya Employers received an email from an employer seeking to confirm if the wages he had set out for a contract employee were acceptable and within provisions of the law. The email was as impressive as it was revealing.
Impressive because of the decency and honesty with which the employer expressed himself. He demonstrated intent to offer an honest pay.
