The murder trial of a former Wananchi Group chief executive accused of killing his Kenyan girlfriend has been set for August 25 this year.
This after the director of public prosecutions (DPP), Keriako Tobiko, declined a settlement between the parties in the case involving ex-CEO Richard Alden, 53, a British national.
