He has also served as a director at Lion Capital LLP, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring private equity investments in the consumer sector in United States and Europe for almost a decade.
“We are on a growth trajectory and for us to keep moving and compete favourably with the big boys in the market not only in Kenya but across the region, we need the like of Mr Paleske,” Willy Kimani, chief operations officer at Naivas, said.
