Couple takes poultry farming to a new level with ornament birds

Rearing chicken is addictive. Once you keep some few birds, the urge continues. This is the bug that bit Stephen and Teresia Macharia from Chorong’i village in Nyeri Town Sub-County, Nyeri County.

Seating outside the birds’ cage on a quarter of an acre of land near the picturesque Mount Kenya, the couple say they are growing their passion for poultry a notch higher.
