UK-listed offices and equipment leasing firm Regus has taken the 33rd floor of the recently constructed Britam Tower.

Sales director for East, Southern Africa and Ghana Heidi Duvenage said the move was informed by rising client requests for office space within a Grade A office located at Upper Hill.

“This will be our 9th location in Kenya as we seek to deepen our workspace offerings to suit our clients’ needs. We have a presence in Nairobi, three centres in Dar es Salaam where we are planning a fourth location, four centres in Kampala (Uganda) and one in Kigali,” she said.

The firm is present in 100 countries at 4,500 locations.

Ms Duvenage said the facilities enable high flyers, especially multinational executives, to work from any Regus location across the world while paying the usual fees.

The clients can hire offices as well as physical addresses while enjoying flexibility of working from any of their high-end locations across the world.

“Our clients can hire for boardroom space for an hour or a whole day as well as enjoy access to a virtual office that is connected to the internet round the clock,” she said.
