Telecom operator Bharti Airtel has revamped its messaging subscription service to enable its customers in Kenya to purchase SMS bundles usable across all networks.
This will enable Airtel Kenya prepaid customer access to variety bundles ranging from daily, weekly and monthly.
“We aim to give our customers throughout Kenya greater freedom by offering them access to affordable superior quality communication and service on our network to make it easy for them to keep in touch with family and friends with ease during this festive season” said Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi.
To use the service, customers are required to dial *767#, and select the bundle that they prefer.
The smallest bundle of 6 SMS will cost Sh3 daily, with the largest bundle of 1500 SMS costing Sh75.
