Kenya has made a major breakthrough in oil exploration with the discovery of oil in Turkana county. The find is technically described as 20 meters of oil pay.

President Mwai Kibaki on Monday announced Kenya's major breakthrough in oil exploration with the discovery of oil in Turkana county.
