A court dispute between Keroche Breweries Limited and its former managing director, Sam Shollei, has escalated after the company filed a Sh10 billion claim against him for alleged reputational damage arising from the advertisement of a pending liquidation petition.
In an application awaiting trial at the High Court, Keroche seeks damages and a retraction of the insolvency allegations.
