Kenya Literature Bureau (KLB) has been blocked from implementing a new workplace structure introduced in June until it has been subjected to public participation.
Justice Hellen Wasilwa of the Employment and Labour Relations Court said the new human resources instrument, should be implemented after taking views from staff and seeking approval from the Public Service Commission (PSC).
