Miwani Sugar Company has been allowed to amend an appeal it filed as it seeks to challenge a decision that approved the 2007 auction of land measuring 9,394 acres.
The company, which is in receivership, got the nod after a single judge of the Court of Appeal noted that the mistake sought to be amended was excusable.
