Former employees of Standard Chartered Bank have yet again scored a victory against the lender after the Court of Appeal ruled in their favour in the long-running battle for payment of their pension dues.
The appellate court dismissed an appeal filed by the bank and the trustees of Standard Chartered Kenya Pension Fund, clearing the way for the pensioners to receive the money, which they have been pursuing for decades.
