The council of the University of Nairobi has announced that suspended Vice Chancellor Prof Stephen Kiama has now been terminated after wrangles that have bedeviled the institution for more than a year.
In a letter dated October 14, 2024, the chair of the council Prof Amukowa Anangwe said the council had terminated the service of Prof Stephen Kiama's service. According to the council, Prof Kiama ceased being the vice chancellor on September 27.
