Senior officials of Nairobi Hospital are expected in court on Thursday as the fight for the control of the premier facility intensified.
High Court judge Nixon Sifuna summoned ousted chairman Dr Barcley Onyambu and two other senior officials to appear before him and explain why they should not be cited for contempt of court, for disobeying an order, stopping a retreat held early this month.
