Health facilities accredited by the Social Health Authority (SHA) have been granted an extension to conclude contract signings with the State agency by October 14, which would authorise hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners to treat registered scheme members and claim reimbursements.

SHA said that Healthcare Provider Contracts (HCPs), which expired on September 30, 2026, would remain valid during the extended signing window.
