VAAL Real Estate record 95 percent sellout

Real estate firm VAAL Real Estate has sold out 95 percent residential units under its Elite Residence in Westlands, Nairobi.

The 20-floors of spacious one and two bedrooms, which will be completed in Q2 of 2022, features bespoke luxury apartments with living amenities and leisure facilities starting from Sh13.7 million.
