Nine cargo ships are scheduled to dock at the port of Lamu in the next two weeks, marking a record number of vessels calling in at the country’s second commercial port.
MV Lobivia, a container ship sailing under the Singaporean flag, was received at the port on Tuesday, while MV CMA CGM Gulf Express is expected to make a call on Wednesday.
