Transporters are demanding that the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) meet the entire cost of electronic cargo tracking systems (ECTS), which has been dogged by controversy since its introduction early this year.
They also want Wednesday's deadline for installing the gadgets extended until the contentious issues are resolved.
