The Office of the Attorney-General has approved the ouster of a Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) executive and managing director of listed firm Sasini Tea #ticker:SASN from the board of Muranga-based Kiru Tea Factory Company.
The tea firm and KTDA have been locked in a row since last year over the ouster of Stephen Githiga, the Group MD of Sasini, for conflict of interest.
