Milimani Law Courts registry and procurement staff are under investigations for alleged loss of hundreds of millions of shillings through an unprocedural award, variation of contracts and use of fake as well as duplicate court receipts.
Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji has directed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) to speed up investigations and file progress reports after every 21 days.
