Hundreds of motorists seeking to apply or acquire the digital driving licence were stranded yesterday after a technical hitch grounded the government's online payment gateway eCitizen.
The hitch, which has become frequent, disrupted crucial services by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).
