A leadership row at the state-owned Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC) has taken a new twist after the Court of Appeal stopped a contempt suit against the agency’s acting managing director, Mohamed Bulle and six directors.
The court also suspended the proceedings of a case in the Employment and Labour Relations Court in which ousted ADC managing director Richard Kipkoech Aiyabei is seeking reinstatement.
