Super Mazembe digital compilation is released

Lovers of Congolese music from the 1970s will be excited at the release of a digital compilation of hits from one of the best-known groups of that era.

“Mazembe @ 45, Volume 1” (the title refers to the revolutions per minute at which the single vinyl was played on a turntable) is a sample of singles recorded and released in Nairobi by Super Mazembe, one of the great guitar groups from the golden age of the big bands.
