The Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) expects to see more listings of hard currency debt and equity instruments at the bourse, after listing of the ALP dollar-denominated warehouse property fund last Wednesday, a first for the market.

The bourse sees the issuance of the dollar real estate investment trust (Reit) as confirmation of appetite for the instrument in the domestic market.
