iSON Technologies, a leading IT company in Africa, has commissioned a network operations centre (NOC) at its East Africa headquarters in Nairobi.

The centre provides support for customers to remotely monitor and manage the Avaya call centre technology platform spread across different geographies on the continent.

“Kenya’s large ICT talent pool and growing economy makes it the ideal place to base our global network operations centre to serve iSON’s customers,” iSON Technologies COO Rahul Srivastava said in a statement. The centre provides services that help operators in 17 countries around the world.

The enhanced NOC is part of iSON’s robust offerings for Avaya call centre technology managed services that include service management, asset management, application management, network and security management, engineering support and project management.

The managed services model is highly cost effective and helps enterprises to run more efficiently.

iSON Technologies is a systems integrator, managed service provider and strategic outsourcing player providing end-to-end IT services and solutions across the continent.
