The row over law degree programmes offered at Moi University has intensified with the Council of Legal Education now seeking the intervention of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The council wants Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko to take appropriate action against the management of the university for giving false information to the public on its law degree programmes.
