The Judiciary is set to digitise court files from July 1. Chief Justice David Maraga said the electronic system will be available in Nairobi before being rolled countrywide.
Speaking during a meeting with lawyers at the Mombasa Law Courts, Mr Maraga said that the menace of missing files will be a thing of the past once all court records are digitised.
