Finding a perfect spot to eat while on a long trip sometimes proves tricky, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.
A drive-in customer not only wants tasty food, but also variety on the menu.
Dry-fry buffalo wings are perfect as a starter. At Brown Olive Restaurant at the Panari Resort in Nyahururu, the buffalo wings come in sevens and you have to eat them without the forks and knives, devour them with your hands.
“Our dry-fry buffalo wings have a touch of onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, coriander and tomato ketchup to give clients a feel-good sensation,” said Fredrick Mutili, the chief chef at Brown Olive Restaurant.
