All you need to achieve that big dream is already within

Ignorance is not that powerful. We just let it get the better of us. The goals that we are afraid to vocalise for fear of being considered unstable are the kind of ambitions that unprecedented success emanates from.

These are the goals that we only jokingly refer to as fantasies because we cannot fathom the kind of self-belief required to get ourselves to achieve them. There is too much in our way... or so we think. We have too little time, money, education, authority, information and so on.

We seem to have or manufacture a steady stream of reasons to the contrary of achievement rather than for it. Why should we dare to dream amidst the failure, disappointment and hopelessness that mostly surrounds us? Who do we think we are? What gives is the audacity to dream of ideals?

What we must appreciate is that everything we require for the attainment of our most ambitious goals are already in our possession in one form or another - the knowledge, experience, contact, influence, money, time and drive. We unfortunately render ourselves incapable of conjuring pictures in our minds of aspirations that we are yet to tangibly realise.

The fact that we can dream of bigger, better and improved, means that the possibility of its fruition exists within is. We know this because we are innately connected to universal intelligence - our innate ability to understand the purpose that we are here to fulfill. You see; purpose is not a tangible thing or place to physically seek. It is a realisation that manifests in us when we are good and ready spiritually, intellectually and physically.

As sure as we are that the sun in the tropics will rise tomorrow, we will surely réalise our purpose if we can still ourselves enough to hear our inner voice in our silence... And then we must make the wise choice to fulfill it, not only for ourselves but for all humanity. It is a duty that we must carry out if our very existence is to hold any meaning for ourselves and others.

We are inherently equipped with everything we need for the successful completion our journies. The onus is on each one of us to put this equipment to good use.

This is the reason why we all have talents. To dis-use or mis-use them in any way is not only unproductive, it is self-defeating, mean to our fellow beings and disrespectful to our Maker whether or not we believe in one. And if others should in any way be intimidated by our achievements, we are equally equipped with the intelligence to handle their insecurities without guilt.

We must know that our choice to use our gifts for the good of others, their appreciation of those gifts and our consequent reward in return is the natural order of things as they are meant to be. We all get out of life what we put into it.

We are all privileged with the talent and intellect do better, gain more and most importantly develop into our best selves. We are gifted the same. None of us gets an unfair share.

Some of us exploit our potential earlier than the rest. They must forge on however far behind the rest we seem to be. The early birds light the way for others to walk a smoother road then they do. It is the world order.

Some go further ahead of others. When we find ourselves called to light the way, ours is to dutifully answer.

We must get on with the task of paving ways where there are none, finding solutions before the majority suffer the challenges and make life better for ourselves and for the good of all.

It is called leadership. It means sailing through unchartered waters of rough seas. It does not mean being without fear of failure, loss, embarrassment or rejection.

It means moving forward in spite of any fear that we may experience because of our intellect. Our confidence that our fears shamefully pale against our unlimited power.
