The development follows Nairobi County government’s move allowing investors to put up high-rise residential apartments within upmarket neighbourhoods.
Already, such buildings have become the norm in Kilimani, Kileleshwa and Hurlingham, although concern remains as to whether the utility infrastructure can cope with the accelerated development.
