Listed Kenya Reinsurance #ticker:KNRE is seeking expert advice on the planned development of its prime plot in Nairobi’s top commercial hub, Upper Hill.
In the planned development termed as “urgent”, the winning built-environment consultancy must have undertaken feasibility studies for best-use developments for commercial grade investments for works costing at least Sh100 million and completed in the last six years.
