A coffee estate in Murang’a has been put on sale for Sh2.8 billion with the seller also offering to partner in avocado farming. Nelleon Property, the selling agent for the 400-acre farm, said the price is negotiable.

“We are selling the land as a whole, we will provide details to buyers,” said Eunice Waihenya of Nelleon Property. The company said in a notice that the land is next to a river and has a factory as well as buildings.
“Coffee and avocado (farming) are doing very well. It is also suitable for setting up a processing factory, housing and industrial development. A joint venture in farming avocado is negotiable,” said the notice placed in the media.
