The Employment and Labour relations Court has suspended a government circular sending on compulsory leave for 30 days heads of procurement and accounting units in all ministries and State corporations.
Justice Onesmus Makau has issued the order which consequently stops enforcement of that directive contained in a circular issued by Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua.
